  I worked there from about August 2015 to November 2015. It was ok at first but after a month i had problems with the company and some of the workers. One guy in particular would make homophobic remarks and constantly piss people off. A month before I was let go my check was stolen by a disgruntled employee and they cashed it at the B&B on old mountain rd. There checks were stored in an old fridge outside with no real security. I would not recommend working for them for my experience was not well.

  I worked for Roadmasters for a month and one week. The owner Mandy is very unprofessional. Upon being hired, I walked into my interview only to hear inpropriate conversation. Mandy has a lack of respect. I often would be at odds with Mandy because I asked questions and did not go along with status quo. i can not speak for other employees. I can only expound on my personal experience. Anytime I wanted to speak with her in the office privately, on a personal matter, she wanted to speak in front of others. She did not respect me enough to even give me confidentiality. I was frequently placed in compromising situations. For example, the TMA vehicles we operated never worked. On one instance I told her that the TMA had issues. She wanted me to keep working anyway. I put my two weeks notice in today. I asked if I was working tomorrow she told me no. I was professional and placed my two weeks in. I doubt if she would ask me to come back. This is my experience only.
